| What happens on the day... |

| When the crew arrive, the team leader will introduce himself, along with the rest of the team. He will be responsible for managing your removal and will deal with any of your specific requirements. |

| Everything is systematically packed and loaded, leaving the essentials until last. Cartons and furniture are then placed within your new home in a logical manner, with furniture unwrapped and reassembled if you wish. |
